Is Odoo Community really free?
Odoo Community Edition has no software licence fee, but real-world use still has other costs such as implementation, hosting, development or add-ons, and support, depending on your scope.
How much does implementation cost?
Quoted based on project scope, because modules, users, and workflow complexity differ for every business. We agree on scope and send a quote before any work begins.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of modules, data readiness, and your team’s availability for testing and training. The timeline is stated in the quote after scoping.
Which Odoo versions have you worked with?
We have implemented Odoo versions 16.0, 17.0, 18.0, 19.0, 20.0, and we recommend the right version for your business and modules during scoping.
Do you take small jobs, like adding a feature or installing add-ons?
Yes. It doesn’t need to be a full implementation. Tell us what you need and which Odoo version you run, and we’ll estimate scope and cost before starting.
What do I need to prepare for a version upgrade?
Tell us your current version, target version, and any add-ons or customisations, since these may need updating for the new version. We always back up and test on a staging copy before upgrading production.
Do you support Thai withholding tax (WHT)?
Yes. We developed withholding tax (WHT) support and Tax ID auto-fill for partners on top of standard Odoo, and include them free when you implement with us.
Do you offer purchase requests?
Yes. We install and configure a purchase request module free when you implement with us. Staff raise requests, approvers sign off, and purchasing converts them into RFQs.
How is Community different from Enterprise?
Odoo Enterprise includes some features and apps not available in Community, and availability also depends on the version. We check against the version to be installed and explain limitations before starting.
Can you customise Odoo or integrate other systems?
Yes, we can discuss it. Customisation, integration, and ongoing support are scoped separately case by case and are not automatically included in implementation.
